After many years of walking by both the Walnut Creek and Palo Alto locations, I finally came here with a friend tonight (1/25/2025) for an early birthday dinner. Before I discuss how amazing the food was, I first want to say the staff deserves 10 stars! We had a 6:30 pm reservation and my friend texted me ~5:50 pm asking if we could push the reservation to 6:45 pm. I told her that was fine with me and I'd call Teleferic to see if we could push it out. They said we could when I called them. When I was driving there, my friend calls to say she's stuck in heavy traffic and won't be there until 7-7:15 pm. When I arrived, I explained the situation to the hostess and she had no problem pushing the reservation to 7:15 pm. We really appreciated their flexibility given that Saturday nights are often busy and they could have easily given away the table. Once we were seated, our waitress, Danielle, was terrific. Very friendly and didn't rush us. She even brought out a dessert with a candle because I indicated in the reservation on Open Table that we were celebrating my birthday. Now onto the food. We both got drinks - virgin strawberry mojito for me and gin & tonic for my friend. Her g&t came with a blue ice cube that turned purple when the tonic was poured. We shared patatas bravas and paella negra. The sauce in the patatas bravas had a bit of sweetness we hadn't seen before and agreed Teleferic's version was the best we've had. The paella was delicious and we were able to finish most of it. Finally, we enjoyed the torrija that the waitress brought out for my birthday. It's baked French toast with cream and came with a side of vanilla ice cream. I hope to come back in the near future. Thanks Teleferic for making my pre-birthday meal special!

Paella!!! Their Paella is best in the Bay Area! Love the ambience here, with the music, the view and the lights it makes for a perfect special dining experience. Our favorites are their Croquettes, the Octopus (SO GOOD!) and the Empanadas (Crisp & Flavorful). Their Oysters On The Half Shell is BOMB! A delight to the taste buds as well as visually! Try it with their Sangria, absolutely heaven! Next time we visit, we plan on trying their desserts! The Torrija sounded absolutely delicious, French Toast with Caltalan Cream? Yes please!!! This place is hands down a must-visit in Walnut Creek!!

We had a group of 11 meet at Teleferic Barcelona for a holiday get-together. The atmosphere was open, sleek and modern. From the moment we walked in we knew this was going to be an unforgettable experience. The food was totally amazing - more than memorable, hands down. The service throughout the meal was impeccable. Just... WOW! Spot on! Our party had numerous cocktails but the outstanding favorites were the Gin & Tonics. We were pleasantly surprised to find several different bartender inspired creations were available and they were all very well received. We had a variety of inspirational dishes from the tapas menu and our favorites included: Patatas Bravas Roasted Chicken Empanadas Pulpo Teleferic (Octopus tentacle) Kebab Skewers Catalan Tomahawk 40oz Spanish Meatballs Bruselas Paella Negra - squid ink, shrimp, scallops, octopus & clams This was my second visit to Teleferic Barcelona. My first visit was just as a party of 2. It was particularly enjoyable to dine here during the holiday season and with a bigger group we were able to sample many more of the restaurant's exceptional dishes. Highly recommended for a special night out!

Telefèric recently modernized their dining room which was a little disappointing because of how vibrant and eclectic it once was. However, the food is always good. I decided to treat a couple of my guys from Broetry Society (an all men's haiku club) to some Tapas. We ordered the Chicken Empanadas (not pictured), Patatas Bravas, Crab Croquettas, Tuna Tacos, and Kebabs. Our standout selection that we highly recommend anyone visiting are: Empanadas Tuna Tacos Crab Croquettes Brussels (They also have delicious paella which we chose not to indulge in due to our water aerobics class following our lunch) Overall, Telefèric is a wonderful lunch or dinner spot and is accommodating to small and large parties.

I've been to teleferic Barcelona four times! It's such an atmosphere and a nice restaurant to dine at whether it's to celebrate something or just to treat yourself. The service is great every time as well. Friendly staff. Food is amazing. I always get the paella and definitely get extra crispy for the bottom! There are a few standout tapas - potatoes, tuna tacos, fried cauliflower, fried artichokes and meatballs. Yum! We also tried the cocktails which were delicious as well. I got the holiday special Pandan Wonderland which was delicious. Mild pandan flavor but full of vanilla and holiday flavors. My husband got the mango gothic mojito which he loved as well. Will absolutely come back!

Telefèric Barcelona in Walnut Creek is a fantastic spot for a vibrant dining experience, and it truly shines during the holiday season. I had the pleasure of trying their special Christmas drink, which was festive, beautifully crafted, and the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit. The mango mojito was another standout--refreshing, perfectly balanced, and full of bright, tropical flavors. It paired wonderfully with the variety of dishes we enjoyed. For the food, every bite was a delight. The potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft inside, served with a flavorful aioli that elevated the dish. The Spanish meatballs were rich and savory, cooked to perfection in a delicious sauce. The cauliflower and artichoke hearts were a surprise favorite. They were expertly cooked and seasoned, showcasing Telefèric's knack for turning simple vegetables into a gourmet experience. The combination of authentic Spanish flavors, creative drinks, and warm holiday vibes made for an unforgettable visit. Highly recommend Telefèric Barcelona for anyone seeking great food and a festive atmosphere!

Completely worth it to come for happy hour. Drinks & most tapas plates were 50% off and service was pretty fast. Don't know how I'd feel paying full price for everything we got but all the dishes had decent flavoring & portion sizes. Only thing is that the patatas bravas literally looked like they squeezed a bottle of mayo on top (presentation was lacking in comparison to the other dishes). I also went a couple years ago for a birthday and remember enjoying it then too. Enjoyed the cocktails a lot! Highly recommend the spicy sangria.

This is a great Spanish tapas place. Gabriel and the manager made the evening special. We started with the Moorish Delight that contained chickpeas and other flavors. The Pan con Tomate bread with Jamón Iberco De Belota prosciutto was well flavored. In fact, we needed to get a second helping of bread. The Pulpo Telefèric (octopus) was tender and flavorful Dessert was flan and coffee, The presentation pleasantly surprised us. The flan and coffee was an excellent chilled pudding-type dessert topped with "cream" and a couple warm shortbread cookies. It was presented in a coffee cup. We had it with Espresso. The high point was the staff and server. The team likes working together. The restaurant sponsored visas for some of the staff. The staff was truly excited to be working together and serving customers. The restaurant charges a 20% service fee and does not expect any additional tipping but does give you that option to add a tip. I like this concept, especially when excellently executed as Teleferic has done. The ambiance has a great cafe feel that you might find in Italy. We will be back. Please give Teleferic a try.

The service, ambience and food were delicious and made for an overall wonderful experience. I will definitely come back.
